Resolved - cannot down load new data 1910

I cannot open the down load, never had trouble before, download offered but will not proceed. asks to go to FAC. Nothing happening account paid in full.

when I ask for download I get error message stating that I'm not authorized to see this information.

The error "You are not authorized to view this resource" could be related to trying to access a web address which is not accessible.
Remove the cache, go to wwfsaerodata.com and try again. Don't know exactly a solution to this.

Hi

I have just had a similar experience with nothing happening after clicking on “Unlock and Downoad” so I decided to try Microsoft Edge instead of I.E. and it worked using that browser which is odd as I can login to both FSAerodata and Navigraph using I.E but I suppose that’s computers for you.

Hello,
The issue is now fixed. A modification of the download method implemented in August was not fully compatible with the older Internet Explorer.
