Global PAPI issue [v4.5 HF3]

Post by Blidariu »

Hey guys,

I'm hit with a new issue with my P3D install following an aerodata update.

This is how my papis look up close, as if they were misplaced or too big. Nothing has changed in the P3D config file.

So far I've tried to reinstall P3D, deactivate all new scenery since this showed up and re-apply all textures from REX/ ENVTEX. Nothing changes anything.

I must add that they look okay from afar (not eye position, but plane position.)

Any clues?

Hello,
You may try out deactivating the option PCL (Pilot-Controlled-Lighting) in the options menu of the FSAeroata configuration tool and re-enabling the database for the changes to take effect, and check out if the issue is related. This function is the only one that controls runway lighting, and could be an error on a specific airport when it was developed.

In which airport do you see this behavior?

Kind Regards,

PCL is already disabled. I've got this issue at every single default airport in the world.
