Elevation conflicts with P3D v4.5 Hotfix2 and 3rd party add-ons

The developer is not following up on this thread. His instructions are vague and the steps are error-prone. Since I don't want to spend a long time to fix the issue for every new AIRAC cycle, I am giving up with FADS.

This is just a workaround, which I do not recommend due to the cumbersome update process, but may help some advanced users. My recommendation is still to keep the FSAD database below any other add-ons.

So if the FS Aero data scenery folders are placed below all 3rd party addon, will the mag vars for runways/ILS approaches etc., still be adjusted ?

Yes, the navdata gets updated while avoiding any elevation conflicts.

Great stuff.

By moving my FSAero data folders down below all my airports, my elevation issues are now resolved.

My ILS tracking seems OK, but yet to try the Alaskan airports where the biggest issues are !
