AIRAC cycle:
Global ARTCC Airspace database updated (preliminary release).
Jeppesen does not provide good quality data of ARTCC airspace and they are disseminated across the raw data. A method has been developed to generate a more accurate representation of airspace and updatable on each AIRAC cycle.
Included:
-Global update of sectors data: sector name, callsign, comm freq, additional FIR and UIR flight levels
-Added additional flight levels on the US, CAN (up to four flight levels per sector are now available).

Benefits:
-The most up-to-date ATC airspace available on flight simulation and up-to-date with the real-world
-Increased traffic handover with user aircraft and AI traffic, when using the default ATC system. Compatible with add-ons that reads the flightsim database (e.g. VoxATC).
-Example Japan:
default: One FIR center Tokyo, outdated comms freqs.
new FSAD: Four main sectors (Sapporo, Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kobe), comms freqs. updated, correct sector names and callsigns.

-Example FIR Houston-US:
default: one flight level, obsolete comms freqs.
new FSAD: Accurate sectoring (e.g. three flight levels on Alexandria sector), correct comms freqs.

-Example Colombia:
default: one FIR center Bogota, outdated comms freqs.
new FSAD: Added Sectors Medellin, Cali. Added flight levels low (up to FL195) and high level (FL195-FL600). Correct comms freqs. and sector names acc. published charts.
