Cycle 1903 released

AIRAC cycle:
- Fixed bug where FAF waypoint was taken instead IAF on approach procedures without a transition.

Config Tool (vers. 1.2.11):
- Fixed issue when assigining safety backup different than the default directory.
- Added switch on settings.xml to handle installations following the add-on.xml method, for users that have manually configured fsAerodata on Prepar3D setups following the add-on method. An example of add-on.xml file is included as reference on folder \fsAerodata Files\docs

After configuring addon.xml I assume one needs to set: "<addon_method>False</addon_method>"
to: "<addon_method>True</addon_method>"?

Correct. At that time it was included for evaluation but was not formally released nor documented.
